There are several reasons why you may want to request a refund for your ticket. Please contact our customer service team by filling in the Give Feedback form in the myTrip app or emailing with the details of your request, including the reason you would like to receive a refund.

Please ensure that you are logged in on, or emailing from the purchaser email so that we can process your request.

In some cases, we may need to contact the operator the ticket is for to receive permission to refund a ticket. Please bear with us while we await a reply from them. You can also contact the bus operator directly with your refund request, operator contact details can be found in the app from the Menu > Mobile Tickets > Operator Name > Operator Details.
