There are several reasons why you may want to request a refund for your ticket. Please contact our customer service team by filling in the Help & Support from the main menu in the myTrip app or emailing help@mytrip.today with the details of your request, including the reason you would like to receive a refund.
Alternatively, you can submit a support ticket to us by following this link: https://help.mytrip.today/support/tickets/new
Please make sure you are logged in with, or emailing from, the purchaser’s email address so that we can process your request.
In some cases, such as if the ticket has already been activated, we may need to contact the bus operator to obtain permission to issue a refund. Please bear with us while we wait for their response. You may also contact the bus operator directly with your refund request. Their contact details can be found in the app via Menu > Mobile Tickets > Operator Name > Operator Details.
