If you have purchased a ticket as a gift but the recipient of the ticket doesn’t receive an email with the gifted ticket code in it, this is usually because there is a typing error in the email address that the ticket has been sent to.
To find and re-share your recently gifted tickets please follow these steps:
- Open the myTrip app
- In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
- Once on the menu select the Settings option
- Under the Ticketing heading select Gifted Tickets
- From here you can see where the gifted ticket code was sent and you can re-share the code
