If you have purchased a ticket as a gift but the recipient of the ticket doesn’t receive an email with the gifted ticket code in it, this is usually because there is a typing error in the email address that the ticket has been sent to. 

To find and re-share your recently gifted tickets please follow these steps:

  1. Open the myTrip app
  2. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
  3. Once on the menu select the Settings option
  4. Under the Ticketing heading select Gifted Tickets
  5. From here you can see where the gifted ticket code was sent and you can re-share the code
