If you are no longer able to see your ticket please ensure that you are logged into the myTrip app on the account on which you purchased the ticket or claimed a gifted ticket code. You can check the account you are logged in on by opening the Menu displayed by three lines in the top left-hand corner of the screen. At the top of the yellow Menu bar, it will read “Hello, [email protected]!”
If you are unsure of the account your ticket was purchased with please refer to your email receipt.
If your ticket has expired it will no longer show in your ticket wallet, however, you can view your recently expired tickets.
- Open the myTrip app
- In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
- Once on the menu select the Settings option
- Under the Ticketing heading select Recently Expired Tickets
