To find the expiry date and time of your activated ticket, please follow these steps:
- Open the myTrip app
- In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
- Once on the menu select the Mobile Tickets option
- Any Active and Inactive tickets you have will show at the top of this screen. Select an Active ticket to view the expiry time
Please note that once purchased, an inactive ticket will expire after 12 months. Once activated, the ticket will expire after the entitlement period as described on the ticket.
Changes to daylight savings mean that it may look like a ticket expires 1 hour earlier or later, but is in fact the correct duration due to losing or gaining an hour when the clocks change.
