If you are logged into the app and wish to log out but have forgotten your password please follow these steps:
- Open the myTrip app
- In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
- Once on the menu select the Settings option
- Under the User Account heading select Reset Password. This will then prompt you to send an email to your email account with instructions on how to perform a password reset.
If you are logged out of the app and attempting to log in but have forgotten your password please follow these steps:
- Open the myTrip app
- In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
- Once on the menu select the Settings option
- Under the User Account heading select Sign In
- Once on the login page select Forgotten Password
- Enter your account email address, this will send you an email with instructions on how to perform a password reset.
Once your password has been reset you can then log into the app.
