If you are logged into the app and wish to log out but have forgotten your password please follow these steps: 

  1. Open the myTrip app
  2. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
  3. Once on the menu select the Settings option 
  4. Under the User Account heading select Reset Password. This will then prompt you to send an email to your email account with instructions on how to perform a password reset.

If you are logged out of the app and attempting to log in but have forgotten your password please follow these steps:

  1. Open the myTrip app
  2. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
  3. Once on the menu select the Settings option 
  4. Under the User Account heading select Sign In
  5. Once on the login page select Forgotten Password
  6. Enter your account email address, this will send you an email with instructions on how to perform a password reset.

Once your password has been reset you can then log into the app.
