When you first sign up to the myTrip app you will receive a Welcome on board! Email, this will be sent to the email you signed up with. To confirm the email address for your account you will need to follow the link in this email.

It is worth noting you are not required to confirm your email address in order to use the myTrip app for Mobile Ticketing, Live Bus Tracking or any other app feature.

If you wish to confirm your email but, the link that was emailed to you has expired (is older than 7 days) or is showing an error, you can still confirm your email by completing a password reset. To do this, go to the sign-in page of the app and select the forgotten password button. Type in your email address and this will send an email with instructions to your inbox on how to reset your password. Once the password reset is complete your account will be confirmed automatically.
