Redline and Red Rose Buses Leaving myTrip

Soon, Redline and Red Rose Buses will no longer be myTrip operators and will be moving to their own app. Tickets and service tracking for these operators will no longer be available in the myTrip app and you will need to download the new Red Group app.


As of the 19th of December, the new Red Group app is available for iOS users. The Android version of the new Red Group app will be available soon. 


In the meantime, tickets and tracking will still be available on the myTrip app. 


Once the Red Group app is available for both iOS and Android users, Redline and Red Rose Buses will be removed from the myTrip app. At this point, any existing tickets that you have in the myTrip app for these operators will be transferred to the new app. Simply create a new account in the Red Group app with the same email address you have used for myTrip. You will receive an email asking you to confirm that you would like to transfer your tickets over to the new app. Once you have confirmed, you will be able to continue to use your existing tickets as normal on the new Red Group app.
