Feedback about your journey or the bus operator can be given directly to the bus operator.

To find contact details for the bus operator please follow these steps: 

  1. Open the myTrip app
  2. In the top left-hand corner of the screen, to the left of the search bar select the Menu icon displayed by three lines
  3. Once on the menu select the Mobile Tickets option
  4. Choose the relevant operator from the list 
  5. Once on the Operator page select Operator Details to find their contact information

Contacting details can also usually be found on the bus company's website.  

When sending your feedback please include the following information: 

  • Operator name
  • Service number/name
  • Date and time
  • Relevant stop
